Paladin’s mission is to increase access to justice by helping legal teams run more efficient pro bono programs. As Co-Founder and CEO, I work with AmLaw200 firms, Fortune 500s, and Bar Associations to scale pro bono help for those in need.

The Legal Services Corporation promotes equal access to justice and provides grants for high-quality civil legal assistance to low-income Americans— the single largest funder of civil legal aid for low-income Americans. As the Co-Chair of the Emerging Leaders Council, I help our members raise awareness of the value of civil legal aid in the United States.

Longjump

LongJump is a first-check venture fund focused on investing in underrepresented ideas and founders to enhance Chicago’s startup scene. As a Partner, I focus on finding diverse, Chicago-based founders to support through funding and other resources.
